we needed a large tv stand for our family room and they are strangely hard to find for a 70'' tv. i am glad i picked this one. it is very tall which I love that my kids wont be able to reach the tv to pull it over for a long time. it is very very sturdy once assembled. The assembly is the worst part. The instructions are actually worse than ikea, meaning they have no written directions (only pictures) and multiple steps are often included in one "step", and they dont tell you what to do first. You have to do your own trial and error. This made putting the stand together take twice about as long as it needed to. That being said my husband and I got it together in about an hour. It comes with some of the main pieces already attached to each other which was nice. i will say that our set was missing pieces - the second shelf for both the drawers. I ended up not using them, but the pieces were missing.
