VERY STURDY, PLENTY OF ROOM FOR STORAGE BUT VERY HARD TO PUT TOGETHER SO SET ASIDE A FEW HOURS TO ASSEMBLE.We are using this in our den for our tv and storing items that overflow from the rest of the house. It took us 2 days (mainly my hubby) to assemble rather than the 2-3 hours others stated. Also, we are in our 80's and not as agile as we used to be. The best help was the visual directions on YouTube. There is a bar code for the video on page 2 of the instruction manual or go to YouTube and enter Hughes Sideboard.Listen, this was not my first furniture assembly rodeo but it was my longest. It legitimately took three hours, and this sucker is heavy when assembled. It's super cute and looks exactly the way I wanted at a price I could afford, but those first few hours are rough.It looks very great but hard for assembling and easy to broken. But it really looks awesome.Husband and I built this rather quickly. Easy instructions. Nice look! We swapped the hardware for some we purchased at hobby lobby to elevate the look. Only downside, the door came scratched- it’s pretty noticeable and about 4in long on the main door. Not worth returning the entire thing.Better than expected. Looks great. Seems well builtI'm a 41 year old woman and assembled this by myself...I literally just finished 5min ago. This is semi easy to assemble- everthing was labeled by letter. Just make sure you keep organized as that will help you get this done faster.You definitely need to be patient and dedicate at least 1-1/2 or 2hrs to assemble. The hardest part for me to do was just as I was at the end and had to put the drawers in. One side did not want to close all the way. I figured out the issue which took me an additional 15min to fix. Other than that it's pretty easy.The color is true to the site.It seems to be pretty sturdy but I'll update on the longevity of this product in a couple months.Very happy with this purchase. Very good quality and easy to put together.
